2009 results

Società Bancaria Ticinese closes the 106th year with a gross profit of CHF 1.65 million, a strong growth compared to the previous year.

Despite the climate of great uncertainty in financial markets, commercial and private customers continue to show their trust in the institute. This trend reflected on total assets which have grown to CHF 136.3 million.

Credits to customers increased overall by 14%, mainly thanks to the boost in mortgage loans which increased from 55.3 million to 63.4 million in 2009.
