Variable-rate mortgage

The variable-rate mortgage is a way of financing your own home with the maximum amount of flexibility.

The interest rate may vary according to fluctuations in the rates on the money and capital markets and, if necessary, it is adjusted by the Bank.

The variable-rate mortgage does not have a predefined expiry date and can be paid off at any time with notice in accordance with the usual banking regulations in force, allowing you to change to a different style of mortgage at any time.
