myBancaria
NEW MYBANCARIA SERVICE
We are pleased to announce the arrival of our new myBancaria Service.
Like the previous version, it remains conveniently accessible via the Web via the Login page www.mybancaria.ch but with a new, modern graphic design.
In addition to the Web version, it is now possible to access it via a handy App for smartphones with which you can view accounts and deposits, consult transactions and documents, and even make QR invoice payments.

Important information regarding the second authentication factor: In order to access the new myBancaria service, it may be necessary to replace the current second authentication factor:
- SMS: authentication via SMS will work on both the previous and the new version;
- GRIDCARD: authentication via GRIDCARD will only work on the previous version. To access the new system, you can request SMS activation or to receive the new TOKEN by sending an e-mail to mybancaria@bancaria.ch indicating your User ID and the Nr. of your GRIDCARD;
- TOKEN: authentication via TOKEN will only work on the new system.
Due to the changes made, the current "myBancaria Conditions of Use" had to be revised and replaced by the "Terms of Use for Digital Services" These will be considered accepted if not contested in writing within 30 (thirty) days of receipt or upon first access to the new myBancaria Service. We are convinced that the new system will be rather intuitive, but for ease of adaptation you will be able to access the previous version until 31st October 2023 by selecting the "use previous version" link on the Login page.
In any case, we have created practical manuals that clarify in a simple way the navigation and the main operations that you will be able to perform via the new myBancaria service.
